Reach out with your date and wedding details, and we’ll confirm availability and send package options. You can review everything at your own pace and choose the coverage that fits your day best.

Secure Your Date

Once you're ready, booking is simple. We send an online contract and invoice, and your date is officially reserved as soon as the retainer is received.

Planning & Wedding Day Coverage

Before the wedding, we help with timeline guidance and family photo planning so the day flows smoothly. On your wedding day, your lead photographer arrives prepared and ready to capture everything naturally and efficiently.

Editing & Gallery Delivery

After the wedding, our team carefully edits your images in our signature style. You’ll receive sneak peeks within a week and your full online gallery within 4–6 weeks, ready to download and share.

Will you help with the timeline?

We have backup photographers on our team who are trained in our approach and prepared to step in if needed. Your coverage is protected, and your experience will remain consistent.

What happens if a photographer gets sick or has an emergency?

No worries, we follow you wherever you go. When you book us its not for 1 location, its to be with you to capture your day beautifully. As a result, we do not charge extra for this. 

The ceremony and reception are at two separate locations...

Yes. We carry full business liability insurance, which many venues require. This protects both our team and our couples and ensures we are operating professionally and responsibly on your wedding day. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we’re happy to provide it.
